With a clinical approach I was provided a deeper understanding on blood sugar levels, posture and given activities/advice around what I can do to improve my physical well-being. Location - Ideal location just off Evington Road & easy to travel/park. Overall - great experience and service which has I left feeling rejuvenated and cure my back pain I was having. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🙂

Highly recommend great service very friendly and knows what he is talking about, i had the full 60minutes with mixed sports massage and hijama ,first time i used his service as i had strained tight stiff muscles and frozen shoulder,i am impressed with amount of massage that went on and the pressure,it made me feel really light and energetic after the session also felt uplifting, highly recommend to anyone with body aches and pains! He will work his magic Before his service ive used other massage and hijama people who either rush because of over bookings and instead of 60mins massage your left with a 30minute massage so i was impressed with the full length tjming!

Went for a session to Meraki wellness clinic post ACL op. Adam really helped me recover to full fitness an Range of motion with a clear recovery and strength and conditioning plan. Always available to speak too and help out. I feel these guys have gone above and beyond and I will be visiting regularly as its the best clinic I've been to.

Adam is an amazing Chiro and highly qualified in his field of expertise. Since I’m a student, his £60 mixed massage session is very affordable and effective. I came in with a stiff back and strained muscles. Within an hour he released all the knots! I highly recommend this session for any athletes or anybody who is experiencing muscle strain.

Adam was too good! I was having lower back pain for a while and needed some urgent treatment! He was flexible and knew exactly what to do! He listened to where I was having pain and tailored the treatment! The cupping he did made me feel much better and my pain was gone with all the advice he gave too… Definitely would recommend

I think the first thing to acknowledge here is - the product you provide is way more than just cupping. I’ve had issues with my lower back for years and recently it became worse with it effecting my mobility. The deep tissue massage with all the various techniques you used was incredible. Hijama was secondary in our session! I would recommend without any reservations for the service and the price. I’ll be back soon 🙌

Amazing experience! I had a 2 hour session with Adam. Adam is very knowledgeable, took his time and focused on areas of my body where I had issues. The massage therapy was out of this world, alongside the wet and dry cupping and chiropractic treatment. Clean premises. Would highly recommend!

Adam was fantastic! I went in to see him for an on going stiff neck problem. Adam was really knowledgeable about the human anatomy and passionate about his practice. You can see it in his work and advise. He knew where the effected area was just by looking. Following the one hour session he performed many various techniques for pain relief such as; deep tissue and hot stone massage, dry cupping, light therapy and many other techniques. I have had shoulder problems for so many years and seen so many specialists then went to see Adam he was really good and super friendly not only he fixed my shoulder he also did cupping to detox all toxins out of my body.
